"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the greatness of His government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over His kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this." Isaiah 9:6-7
News spread like spilt milk... everywhere and fast! A royal baby is on the way. Cheers vibrated all over the world; undoubtedly, every blink will be videoed and movement tweeted. Because of the birth right, the child will supposedly be King or Queen of England one day.
How timely the news, as we prepare to celebrate The most royal birthday of all, the King of Kings, Jesus. Both of royalty, yet vast are the differences. One to be born of a palace, One in a manger. One with much fanfare, One with humbleness. One to reign for a season, One forever. One with people rejoicing, One with angels singing. One born of man, One of God.
Will Prince William and Kate's child impact my life? Probably not. Will our Prince of Peace, Jesus? ABSOLUTELY, from now to eternity! Thank You, Father!!
have a praise-filled day!
