a Mighty Word ~ refresh

This is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says...

"I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint." Jeremiah 31:25

So, there's the answer to what many are frantically searching for now. 

Refreshment... it comes from God, not self.
