meltdown in progress?

"Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and He saved them from their distress. He sent forth His Word and healed them..." Psalm 107:19,20

This i must remember.  

When stressed...

look to Jesus.  

He will wipe away every tear and see us through the mess.  
Breathe Him in and let Him begin the healing and rebuilding.
