be a jamie

"Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, FORGIVING each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on LOVE, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the PEACE of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be THANKFUL. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God." Colossians 3:12-17

Survival skills... they've never been more important than now.  Whether battling sickness, a loss, war, loneliness, abuse, abandonment, critical decisions, or other hardship  possessing godly knowledge and ways helps one to cope.

I found the survival list from "Jamie" an excellent start to putting together my own survival list.  Maybe you will too.

Who would have thought my survival list would have so much in common with a first grader's list.

While i don't think our Teacher is interested in chocolate, i feel obedience to His Word and an active prayer life would be a wonderful, sweet substitute.  Don't you?

we are loved and chosen by God,
may we live, love and do like we believe it,
veneal
